1. Who is responsible

The publisher of Get Nuggets, a company being formed. For any question about your data, use the contact form on the “Method and transparency” page.

2. The data kept

Your email address and password (stored encrypted), your language, the dates you accepted the warning and the terms, the stocks you follow, your alerts, your chart drawings, your notifications, the technical address of your devices for notifications, and the messages you send through the contact form.

Your position size and appearance settings stay on your device and never reach us. Your connection country is checked at each visit, without being stored.

3. Why

To run the service you asked for (your account, follow-ups, alerts), to keep it secure, to keep proof of your agreements, and to answer your messages.

No advertising, no sale of data, no audience measurement.

4. Artificial intelligence

No personal data is sent to artificial intelligence providers. They only receive public market data: prices, results, press, official filings.

5. Where

Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (website hosting), Google (sending contact emails) and GitHub (evening calculations, no personal data). These providers may process data in the United States, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. For how long

As long as your account exists. Its data is deleted with it. Contact messages are kept for two years at most.

7. Cookies

Only technical cookies: your login session and your language. No audience measurement or advertising cookies, hence no banner.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to its processing, through the contact form. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country.

9. Minors

The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over.
